Cucumber is amazing for cooling and soothing your skin will reduce signs of PITTA dosha on your skin, according to Ayurveda, when we have red skin means we have excess of fire in the body, so this is a great recipe for you to balance your pitta dosha.
ON THE BLENDER-
1 FULL CUCUMBER PEELED AND CUTTED IN PIECES
1 BOUQUET OF CILANTRO
3 SPOONS OF WATER APROX
ADD IT IN TO A BOWL
APPLY IT WITH LOVE AND INTENTION on your skin.
get 2 slices of cucumber for your eyes.
leave it for as long as you can
aprox for 2-5 hours. Read, study, meditate, or relax with this amazing mask.
